Dear Richard’s HVAC and Nachreiner family and staff,
We have had the pleasure of working with Richard’s Heating and Cooling Company for several of our properties, including our own personal home. We wanted to take the opportunity to say how pleased we are with the service we received and the work that was done. Installing three furnaces in one building allowed us to work closely with the crew. We were so pleased at how professional the crew members conducted themselves, and their friendliness and helpfulness was noteworthy.
They took the time to explain in detail how things work, so we clearly understood. The crew went above and beyond the call of duty and made the old system aesthetically appealing. They closed off the old vents and sprayed painted them to keep the old vintage vents attractive. When they were finished with all installations, they left no messes. It was a good experience from the beginning to end.
We especially want to give a big thank you to Matt, Eric and Mike, Ryan and Rick. I would like to thank the office staff, Laurie and Cindy, for their patience and friendliness. We highly recommend Richard’s. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.

My name is Tom Salamonski and I’m a bit of a “tighter than skin a grape” kinda guy. I really don’t like to spend money if I don’t have to. If you really want to save some money, now is the time to put in a new furnace. You know it didn’t absolutely have to be replaced but it’s a substantial savings. I had to pay up front for the furnace, but I’m going to get back over half of what I paid. That is one of the big reasons we went with Richard’s Heating and Cooling … Your going to get your money back right away through tax breaks and rebates from the furnace. The whole idea was huge, they were in and out in one morning and the new furnace was absolutely quiet. I consistently tell people to go to Richard’s Heating and Cooling, they will take good care of ya! My utility bill did go down quite a few percentages, and that’s money in my pocket. And that’s a good thing.

I’ve been working with Richard’s Heating and Cooling for 15 plus years now and I went back to Richard’s because I really liked them. My husband and I were thinking of replacing our 21 year old furnace in the next few years, but with the tax credits going on, it was the right time to act. Our existing furnace was about 20 years old and we knew it wasn’t going to be too long before a change would be needed soon. But with the government incentives out there right now, we knew now was the time to do something. In our case we were going to save over 1500 dollars, just by putting this new high efficiency furnace in. That was the only reason we went ahead and did it now. The incentive was coming to an end. It was actually nice knowing that the owner of the company was the one that physically came out and inspected the home. He came up with a few additional money savers with the type of thermostat he put in. My wife was surprised at how quickly everything came together, and how efficient the employees were. I knew this company had a very good reputation and took care of their customers, and have a lot of guys with a lot of years on the job. They are one of the best in the area.
